If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

About Our Team

The Security Marketing Program Manager will be part of the Security Engagement team. This individual will be passionate about managing external platforms and creating resources that enable our customers to set up and maintain a secure Salesforce implementation. You will be working with the team to build and grow educational programs primarily for Salesforce administrators, developers and CISOs, directly so they are empowered to make sound security decisions. This will include managing projects across multiple teams within the company, preparation and administration of our presence at customer events, creating new and fun ways to engage our audiences, and curating content for blogs, presentations, and our web presence.

The content and event experiences supported by this role will serve as important security resources for Salesforce customers and partners, and will showcase Salesforce's dedication to security in support of our #1 value: Trust!

May need to manage external vendors for some aspects of the editorial process.

  • Campaign Operations: Execute customer security campaigns alongside the program lead. Work with channel owners to promote customer security engagement campaigns, content, and events both internally and externally. Lead development of campaign content, working closely with teammates and stakeholders, including content for social and digital platforms (i.e., social promotions, videos). Creative use of tools and technologies is encouraged.

  • Social Media Management: Draft and design social media content that builds brand awareness, improves perception and consideration, and precipitates audience engagement, site traffic, and growth for the Security brand.
