Program Analyst

This position requires an active Customs and Border Protection Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

The position provides program-level analysis and reporting support of construction projects, facility and infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair and operational costs.

***This is a part-time position.***

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:

  • Supports the Technical Standards Branch Chief with the organization and input of planning information into TRIRIGA.
  • Responsible for managing drawings, archives, Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) information, space analysis and TRIRIGA reporting relative to space management.
  • Supports the Technical Standards Branch Chief to schedule planning meetings, prepare and disseminate master plan background information, document planning meeting results, perform follow on analysis of master decisions related to priority and cost benefit analysis of alternatives (AoA), and release final. recommendations through decision support structure.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Program Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 or more years of related experience.
  • Utilizing and applying computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in SAP, IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
