At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. Small, nimble engineering teams generate collective empathy and comradery, thus increasing their ability to anticipate unforeseen development scope changes and maintain high quality deliverables. Across our US Studio system or within client development sites, our Digital Engineering teams ideate and develop innovative cloud-based solutions following a Lean-Agile process with DevOps culture. The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities

Location: Plano, TX

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
• Oversee project estimation processes to provide accurate and realistic timelines and budgets.
• Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and identify any potential issues early.
• Manage project time effectively to ensure all milestones are met on schedule.
• Ensure project quality management by implementing and adhering to quality standards and procedures.
• Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure all deliverables are met.
• Implement Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency
• Apply Agile PLM principles to enhance project management processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management Scrum stakeholder management budgeting MS Project and Agile PLM.
• Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
