Wall Panel Framer

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

As a Wall Panel Framer at 84 Lumber, you will be part of a fast-paced production team, responsible for assembling pre-cut lumber and materials into high-quality wall panels. You'll work from engineered drawings and layout sheets to build each panel to exact specifications. This is a day shift position offering steady work, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth in the construction materials industry.

• Assemble wall panels using wood components, nail guns, and measuring tools.

• Read and interpret engineered blueprints and layout sheets accurately.

• Ensure all panels meet quality and measurement standards.

• Use power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production goals.

• Follow all safety protocols and 84 Lumber procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Prior experience in framing, carpentry, or construction is a plus.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and do basic math.

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
