Rehabilitation Services Supervisor

Serves as the supervisor for a rehabilitation service team and/or program(s). Supervisor responsibilities include, but not limited to, coordination of staff scheduling for appropriate productivity, competency development and implementation, program/project management, annual evaluation of contingent staff on rehab service line team, and business development/marketing. Consults on major initiatives that may include multiple departments, service lines, and various administrative interfaces regarding the integration of rehab service programs and solutions. Responsible for rehab service programs/projects involving scope and impact to the organization; facilitates strategic projects involved in evaluating and researching new and existing programs, products, procedures and/or workflow needs associated with a designated rehab service area and/or profession. Responsible for providing rehabilitation services as part of a team. Clinical practice activities include, but are not limited to, patient/family orientation/education, observations, treatment procedures, training, interventions, educational sessions and/or activity counseling. Responsible for documentation of patient care and planned progression.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree and/or licensure in any of the following: physical therapy or physical therapy assistant. 3 years of relevant experience is required, 4-8 is preferred. Current State of Ohio License is required.
