BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Covenant Monitoring Analyst provides outstanding customer service and specialized technical assistance for a variety of underwriting functions that include actively monitoring upcoming and past due loan covenant reports to ensure timely submission of required information. The Covenant Monitoring Analyst is responsible for monitoring an assigned portfolio, maintaining data integrity of loan covenants, creating, validating, and maintaining loan covenants in the Association's loan origination system. The Covenant Monitoring Analyst should possess a basic understanding of negative and affirmative loan covenants. This role requires some independent decision-making skills and will occasionally contribute to the management and execution of underwriting/covenant projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be able to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting. Employees will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and a computer for an extended period. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well within a team. The ability to talk and hear, sit, and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in the performance of the job. Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds is required. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Travel may be required. FULL-TIME REMOTE: These roles and job functions can be done remotely, while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and our business goals. Employees are welcome to come to an office to work if needed, and some travel for team meetings will be required.PAY RANGE: Minimum $51,491.95 - Max $77,237.92 AnnualThis range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
