Description Are you ready to be a key player in building Industrial heating systems? Our client, a global leader in custom-engineered thermal equipment, is seeking a Material Handler (DIRECT HIRE) to join their manufacturing team in Western New York. In this hands-on role, you'll load and unload heavy shipments, build crates and skids, assist in inspections, and help ensure timely production and delivery of our precision industrial equipment. You'll work with forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment to handle complex components-and collaborate with a dedicated team that values safety, quality, and innovation. What You'll Do: Pay Range: $21-$32/hr (Based on experience and education)

Acara Solutions Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in material handling or shipping/receiving (industrial/manufacturing preferred) 2+ years experience with forklifts, cranes, rigging, and hand/power tools At least one year of performing assembly and/or carpentry work according to technical documents
At least one year experience packaging, labeling, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to read mechanical drawings and lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
Must be willing to travel, both internationally and domestically, for extended periods of time if necessary.
Requires standing, walking, bending, crawling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including safety glasses, steel-toe
