Position Description: Plays a crucial role with the development of My Career Advisor (MCA), Genesis, reporting platforms and other Virtual Services platforms for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Manages and coordinates the development, installation or deployment, and maintenance of custom software to process data using business and scientific applications for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Provides technical expertise in the analysis, design, and implementation of computing systems software; establishes and administers project plans; writes technical documentation, represents their department at meetings, and trains and guides other Team Members in the use of developed programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service.
- Produces return on investment analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Detects and repairs errors in data and program structure, logic, and coding.
- Applies the principles and techniques of software engineering to specific organizational needs and problems.
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting with problem-solving and technical challenges.
- Compiles, organizes, analyzes, and presents statistical and technical data.
- Drives process improvement and cost savings initiatives through evaluating current processes, identifying best practices, and developing plans to reach goals and implement improvements, continuously developing tools/systems and automating processes.
- Works closely with Mission Services Leadership, Marketing, IT, L&D, customers and key partners to define the virtual services vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap.
- Maintains relationships with external vendors such as our marketing agency, reporting tools, server platforms and web building program vendor.
- Coordinates with various departments ensuring content remains relevant and fresh and all software is properly maintained.
- Oversees development of appropriate tracking and reporting to track product performance in order to evaluate future investment.
- Partners with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions.
- Builds and manages strong working relationships with Team Members.
- Creates and implements changes to optimize workflow.
- Develops and maintains applications and software on both the Internet and Intranet websites.
- Prepares UML diagrams, flow charts and design documentation.
- Provides direction on system enhancements and implementation of new tools offered through virtual services.
- Identifies risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs.
- Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
- Oversees the creation of Product Backlog for a specific project.
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog consistent with the Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team.
- Understands and applies new trends and market standard methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 7 years' experience working with internet technologies and/or website management preferred with the ability to translate product needs to technology
- 5+ years' product management experience
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers' needs and insights
- Web design and project management experience preferred
- Ability to analyze web analytics
- Expertise in User Experience (UX) design concepts
- Experience with web advertising, AdWords, or other similar products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
- Ability to work with minimal direction and builds relationships at all levels
- Demonstrates professionalism, business acumen, strong problem-solving skills and a drive to follow through and execute business needs
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Drive
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
