Warehouse Worker

Pay: $17 - $18/hour

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle and transport raw materials and products using manual or powered equipment
• Operate or assist with fabrication machinery and tools
• Perform product sorting, measuring, and marking
• Grind welds, chip splatter, and assist with minor equipment repairs
• Support production by supplying tools/materials and maintaining clean work areas
• Assist with yard work, daily maintenance, and general shop upkeep
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards, including proper rigging and lifting techniques

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of steel fabrication shop tools, materials, and techniques
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; welding and cutting knowledge is a plus
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds regularly
• Familiarity with structural steel shapes and fabrication processes
• Knowledge of overhead crane and forklift operator signaling
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
