Description
The Lead Data Quality Developer oversees the design and development of highly complex automated and manual test scripts using advanced automation and scripting tools. This role involves setting strategic direction for test automation, refining acceptance criteria into high-level acceptance test cases and scripts and executing comprehensive test plans to support substantial business process changes. You will lead code reviews, mentor senior team members, and drive the adoption of test automation best practices across the entire data, analytics, and AI organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required)
Minimum Work Experience
- 10 years Requires deep functional knowledge with 10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of test automation.

Functional Accountabilities
- Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and execution of highly complex test automation scripts; lead decisions on reporting, defect summarization, and resolution recommendations.
- Develop and execute complex manual and automated tests using sophisticated tools; report and verify resolutions for critical product functions.
- Develop and enforce advanced standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in alignment with the organization's quality management system.
- Define quality standards and procedures, recommend new practices, and resolve major outages; drive continuous improvement.
- Keep up with industry developments and ensure products and processes remain compliant with the latest standards.
- Lead the creation and enhancement of procedures and standards; drive improvements through participation in internal and cross-functional code and design reviews.
- Verify product quality by analyzing detailed product and technical artifacts.
- Leverage synthetic data for testing and ensure seamless integration of the automated test suite with the CI/CD platform.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project data and personal status updates to hospital leadership
- Mentor senior developers and provide strategic guidance across teams.
