POSITION PURPOSE: Customer onboarding and portal specialist to handle all new customer locations and portal development and maintenance. Maintaining processes for customer tank monitoring, order optimization. Assist with identifying key areas for team KPI's and SLA's. Ongoing support for national account customers. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and manage the onboarding process for new national account customers by collaborating with various business units and shared service areas. Gathers information to be able to best service new customer locations. Communicates with customers and distributors directly for smooth onboarding experience. Partner with respective internal teams to ensure appropriate teams are prepped for onboarding prior to starting. Provide consistent and timely status updates to respective teams during the onboarding process through completion. Address customer and team questions, feedback or other requests that may surface during onboarding. Work with the leadership teams to address any infractions or missing onboarding elements. Develops portal layout, maintain functionality, tests all configuration and programming objectives on site. Creates profiles for new customers and completes all portal training for new customers and OWI employees. Maintains portal database and reports on accounts that are not utilizing the tool. Monitor Customer Inquiries-Fleet and WM Chat for problems to be added to the distributor NCR report. Telemetry and autofill management, including setting reorder points, performance management, and changes as needed. Monitor billing purpose orders. Monitors open orders for the distribution business. Research and close them out/adjusts as needed. Provide MOQ monthly reporting with recommendations. Provide support to the customer service team in researching run-out issues related to blanket orders. Review and maintain blanket orders for national accounts. Research and handle situations where adjustments are needed. Handle special billing processes as needed. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 5 years sales/customer/logistics service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills: oral and written. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills. PC skills including SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.
