Duties/Responsibilities


Duties/Responsibilities
-Become familiar with records retention guidelines for construction/renovation documents.
-Review the existing paper documentation such as plans, specifications, and other project documentation to determine if the documents are needed.
-Organize paper documents that need to be archived for easy retrieval.
-Recycle paper documents that are not needed.
Percentage of time 55


Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Facilities Management Division Plans Room staff regarding converting paper documents into an electronic format.

Learn and access software as directed to complete searches for existing plans, specifications and project documentation.
