PRIMARY FUNCTION As a Quality Assurance Specialist and Service Request Coordinator within the Logistics Support Services (LSS) division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in support of our Government services contract. Reporting directly to the Deputy Project Manager, you will assist in various business and administrative functions, including finance, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, labor time-keeping, and service request processing. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of safety, quality control, and risk factors. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, such as filing, record-keeping, organizing, verifying, and analyzing reports, as well as utilizing computer-based programs for general administrative tasks. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues efficiently and effectively. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide direct support to business and administrative efforts associated with the Government services contract. Assist in finance-related tasks, including invoice processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Manage labor time-keeping and oversee the service request process. Coordinate service request jobs, including receiving, logging, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to appropriate personnel. Maintain a detailed schedule for all service request jobs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate resources and resolve any issues or delays. Support the management of safety, quality control, and risk factors. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing. Assist with Project Management in ensuring contractual obligations are met and upheld including data tracking, ensuring deliverable schedule is met and work processes follow applicable NPRs and APDs. Utilize computer-based programs for various administrative tasks. Resolve issues and problems by selecting from alternative methods or adapting procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have any direct reports KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical and/or administrative duties. High school diploma required; a two-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Accounting preferred. Three years of general administrative work-related experience. Two-year degree requirement may be waived for applicable work experience.
