Optometrist Are you a Texas-licensed optometrist looking to advance your career? Jolly Good Eye Care in Pflugerville, Texas, is seeking a dedicated full-time professional to join our growing team. In our full-scope optometric practice, you'll provide high-quality vision care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our generous compensation package includes a 401(k) with 3% matching, a monthly stipend to subsidize medical insurance, malpractice insurance, and coverage for licensing fees. We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Optometrist who prioritizes compassionate patient care. You will treat approximately 10 patients a day with the support of well-trained staff. About Us: At Jolly Good Eye Care, our mission is to provide state of the art eye care for our community by accommodating every patient who seeks our services and help grow our practice. We provide exceptional eye care with compassion, integrity, and precision, using advanced technology to ensure comprehensive care. Our services include primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, and medical eye care. Our team consists of five part-time optometrists and two full-time staff members, all committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming environment. At Jolly Good Eye Care, we aim to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. What You'll Do: At Jolly Good Eye Care, you'll have access to advanced diagnostic tools like OCT, Optos, Visual Field, and both digital and manual phoropters, ensuring you can deliver precise and comprehensive eye care. With a manageable patient load of 12-18 patients per day and a flexible schedule of 8-40 hours per week, you'll have the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal time. Your strong commitment to compassionate patient care and ability to work efficiently will ensure high-quality care for every patient, making you a valuable asset to the practice.
