* Maintains necessary records pertaining to area assignments. * Makes work assignments to all personnel in the area. Provides follow-up for quality and quality of work being done. * Responsible for moral and deportment of employees. * Keeps supervisor advised of any employee problems and the status of each. * Trains new employees and keeps all personnel aware of new and better methods. * Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, issues work orders for repair, sees that there is always sufficient equipment available. * Responsible for safety practices, good housekeeping and the general welfare of employees in the assigned area. * Works under the supervision of Department Supervisor and Manager | |
