This Position reports to: Manager, Product Management Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the sales organization in driving sales of drive products in the US market by ensuring implementation of global product marketing strategies to meet business objectives. The individual will build key relationships with sales, service, marketing, channel partners, and customers to understand the customer and channel needs in strategic markets within Motion Business Area. This role will work across functions and engage sales and customers directly to determine the course of where to play & how to win and champions successful execution of the U.S. drive products HVACR drives portfolio go-to-market strategy. The work model for the role is: Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: * Own the local go-to-market product marketing strategy HVACR products including value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Our team dynamics * Bachelor degree (Business, Communications, Engineering, or Marketing preferred) PLUS minimum 8 years of related experience in a complex business environment OR an Associate degree (Business, Communications, Engineering or Marketing preferred) PLUS minimum 10 years of related experience OR High School diploma/GED PLUS minimum 12 years of related experience.
