This Position reports to: Business Health, Safety & Env ManagerAs an HSE Specialist, you will contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in their assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Supports the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. Ensures effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. Your Responsibilities:

Comp Range: $92,500-$171,500 Annually. This range is based off of experience and the ability to perform tasks/goals appropriately. Time off ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
