The Regional Service Enablement Manager leads service operations for Baker Hughes Masoneilan & Consolidated product lines in NAM. The role will work closely with our channel partners and sales organisation to maximise growth opportunities by working with end users to target services work, parts solutions upgrades and software solutions selling. He/she will be part of the North America Aftermarket and Technical Support leadership team.

As an Aftermarket and Technical Support Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Valves Aftermarket global leadership and North American region sales leaders to support growth initiatives around our partners enablement and product upgrades.

  • Working with Services management and Product line teams to set strategic direction for process & continuous improvement initiatives of all work processes across your region and support department.

  • Developing and maintaining service policies, procedures and service agreements related to all aspects of service operations including financial review processes, escalation processes, customer surveys and compliance with standard guidelines.

  • Support our Channel Partners on Turnaround planning and execution

  • Drive growth in valve Penetration and Service Ratio in NAM.

  • Working with team to optimize field service capacity planning and modeling.

  • Expand Capabilities to support Aftermarket Field Service activities on different applications (LNG, Downstream, Power, Nuclear, etc.)

  • Focal Point for technical support and laisse with VTC to ensure customer requirements on met

  • Ensure that all the HSE and Quality procedure are followed in accordance with Country, End User and Company policies.

  • Drive installed base evaluation / penetration and strategy for service enablement and Authorized Service Provider involvement.

  • Support delivery of the Audit Trainings / Digital courses to enhance impacts for Service Team and Partners

  • Staying current on new third-party vendor product offerings and BH functionality planning to assist prospects as they are evaluating new releases.

  • Conducting periodic review of the BH Win/Loss data to assess current process and recommended improvements to the implementation process.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Field Services or Sales or Commercial w/Valves (control valve experience preferred).

  • Have experience in aftermarket sales for a highly engineered product

  • Have a proven ability to deal with executives at all levels.

  • Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.

  • Demonstrate success in driving process improvement across the services business.

  • Project success driving cross-business / functional teams to drive service excellence.

  • Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $125,100.00 - $232,300.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
