THE JOB: The Executive Director of Casino Marketing Regional Operations will lead the innovation, development, and execution of MGM's Regional Casino Marketing and Host Relationship Marketing strategy. This role is responsible for building and sustaining a consistent operating model and CRM technology platform across all MGM Regional properties. In close collaboration with the SVP of Regional Marketing and property-level leaders, this position will unify best practices and elevate guest engagement. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic transformation alongside top-performing properties and industry-leading talent.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Marketing leaders to develop and implement a consistent Casino Marketing strategy and operating model across all MGM Regional properties. Drive a culture of proactive sales and exceptional service among Host teams to deepen customer loyalty. Lead the development and delivery of Casino Marketing sales training in partnership with HR and Training teams. Partner with IT and third-party vendors to support the design, implementation, and evolution of the CRM platform. Gather feedback from property teams to enhance the Casino Marketing model and CRM capabilities. Define KPIs and partner with Analytics teams to build dashboards and reports that measure performance. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for all Host Marketing-related initiatives. Coordinate hosted player movement and VIP event strategy across Regional and Las Vegas properties. Manage and develop two Regional Casino Marketing Managers. Monitor regional competitors to ensure MGM maintains strong market positioning.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field-or equivalent experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in a Director-level (or higher) Casino Marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business transformation, building strong team culture, and delivering measurable results. Experience implementing and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms in a sales- and relationship-driven environment. Demonstrated leadership and change management experience in a multi-property or divisional setting. Deep understanding of key casino operations and marketing functions, including player development, Casino Marketing, and overall casino operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on statistical data to inform strategic decisions.
