Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Junior Management Analyst (Configuration) to support the Systems Engineering Department (SED) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program.

  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes.
  • Coordinates and supports development of ECPs.
  • Supports program milestone briefings as they pertain to configuration management.
  • Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Qualifications

  • Position requires a Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific BA or BS degree. Allowable Substitution: Four (4) years of recent and relevant experience and an AS or
    AA

  • At least two (2) years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines related to the labor category description.

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support program/project is required.

  • Candidate must hold an active DoD secret clearance.

  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen.
