Requirements
Director of eCommerce Job Description Lead retail and eCommerce efforts. Monitor plan performance and implement necessary changes. Develop a team of field retail sales representatives. Maintain relationships with key sales partners and eCommerce partners. Coordinate internal communications with the marketing team. Monitor revenue, margin, and operational growth. Maintain detailed knowledge of internal systems to be able to provide field support.
