Team Lead Artist 3D Environment

Leads group work activities, provides work direction, coordinate and reviews the work of a group of employees. Monitors personnel needs, schedules and assigns work.

• Applies understanding of the business and how own team integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives
• Manages one or more generally homogeneous teams of professional employees; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives
• Identifies and solves technical and operational problems; understands and recognizes broader impact across the department
• Guides and influences others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view
• Provides instruction and teaching of employees.
• Provides technical guidance to team members, colleagues and/or customers.
• Monitors employee assignments to completion.
• Estimates staffing needs to accomplish work in the responsible area.
• Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own area of specialty

• Overtime and Travel is required.

Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred

Five (5) years' experience

Sufficient software knowledge to technically interface with the groups employees.

The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
