Responsibilities The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the clinical aspects of Newport Healthcare's adolescent partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program in Kirkland, WA. In collaboration with the Director of Outpatient Services, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for leading the clinical team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training staff. Key responsibilities include workload planning, program schedule development, ensuring clinical compliance, facilitating therapy groups, and managing a small caseload of clients and/or families. Toll Reimbursement Provided! *This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus based on successful completion of 90 day training and proficient 90 day performance evaluation.* Compensation for this role ranges from $69,017-$105,000 per year depending on education and experience.
