Why M Physicians?

The Sterile Processing Facilitator rounds hourly on the Ancillary clinics. This person will return sterile items and pick up used items for reprocessing. They will also help Sterile Processing Technicians by performing tasks that will keep them at their assigned workstation.

What you will do as a Sterile Processing Facilitator:

  • Return Sterile items to the appropriate Ancillary clinics.
  • Pick up used dirty items from the those clinics and deliver them to Decontamination for reprocessing.
  • Help facilitates the loading and unloading of the Thermal Disinfection washers, Thermal Disinfection Cart Washer and Sterilizers.
  • Assists in locating site-specific instrumentation.
  • Sorts and separates instruments returning site-specific instruments to the accurate site
  • Operates Thermal Disinfection Washers Cart Washer and other equipment.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to understand detailed technical instructions on equipment operation.
  • Mechanical proficiency.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail, documentation skills, manual dexterity, organizational skills, ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds.

Location:909 Fulton St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455

Hours: 40 hours per week. 10:00 am - 6:30 pm schedule

Compensation:

20.00 - 29.00 USD Hourly
