• Handling customer calls and processing orders for new services, discontinuations, or changes.
• Managing customer payments, investigating billing inquiries, and updating account information.
• Collaborating with customers and Waste Connections employees to identify service needs, resolve issues, and provide cost-effective, environmentally sound solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
