Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for determining the appropriate pricing for Inotiv products based on a variety of factors. Their duties include conducting market research to learn more about competitor pricing for similar items, reviewing previous sales data and company revenue needs and deciding a market price for a range of products based on their findings. The position partners with the Business Development leaders along with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent pricing across all of Inotiv's offerings.

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range for this role is $69,000 - $83,000 and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.

• Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers
• Work closely with operational partners to establish pricing
• Identify marketing strategies to increase profits
• Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends
• Identify appropriate sales and clearance prices to increase customer traffic
• Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase
• Other duties as assigned
