PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a People Administrator at Worley, you will be a vital part of our global People (HR) function, supporting our mission of delivering sustainable change. In this role, you will administer key human resources processes and policies that support our people, our projects, and our purpose. You will act as a central point of coordination across various HR functions-ensuring consistent service delivery, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to supporting our workforce. This role plays a critical part in enabling our transition to a more sustainable world by supporting the people who deliver our solutions.

This is an in-office position based at Worley's Pasadena, Texas fabrication shop. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, nine hours per day, and four hours on Friday, aligning with our commitment to work-life balance and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Administer human resources policies and procedures across a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and training coordination.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders, enabling consistent and effective application of HR practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with Worley's values and sustainability goals.
  • Handle complex and varied administrative tasks with autonomy and accuracy, requiring a deep understanding of HR systems, tools, and practices.
  • Serve as a process owner or coordinator for specific HR programs or initiatives, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational priorities.
  • Apply empathetic and consultative communication to resolve employee and stakeholder queries effectively.
  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations, and communications for both internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support project teams and may take a lead coordination role in HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy in all employee records and HR data management.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET



  • Secondary school education or equivalent, with extensive experience in a similar human resources support or administrative role.
  • Proficient understanding of human resources processes, policies, and systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and guide others.
  • Demonstrated capability in handling confidential information and complex administrative assignments with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence, consult, and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand how the role contributes to the broader business strategy and sustainability targets.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital tools used in modern HR environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and mentor others within the team or function.
