PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As a People Administrator at Worley, you will be a vital part of our global People (HR) function, supporting our mission of delivering sustainable change. In this role, you will administer key human resources processes and policies that support our people, our projects, and our purpose. You will act as a central point of coordination across various HR functions-ensuring consistent service delivery, continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to supporting our workforce. This role plays a critical part in enabling our transition to a more sustainable world by supporting the people who deliver our solutions. This is an in-office position based at Worley's Pasadena, Texas fabrication shop. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, nine hours per day, and four hours on Friday, aligning with our commitment to work-life balance and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
