Education: Required -
Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Work Experience: Minimum - Two (2) years of experience either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years. Preferred - Four (4) years of experience as a formal educator with their CST, including instructional experience in the classroom or clinical setting in a higher education system. Preferred - Prior surgical services experience and/or experience working in an academic medical center or complex healthcare system. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum -
