Full Stack Developer (C++, Python, Rust)

Are you passionate about building high-performance applications from the ground up? Do you love working with multiple languages and diving into both backend logic and frontend interfaces? We're looking for a well-rounded Full Stack Developer with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming (C++, Rust), system design, and modern development workflows to help us create scalable, maintainable, and impactful software solutions.

In this role, you'll take ownership of critical components across the stack - from crafting responsive, user-friendly frontends to designing performant, multithreaded backend systems, and integrating machine learning models into production environments. You'll bring your experience to a fast-paced, collaborative setting where high-impact software is built with intention, quality, and scalability in mind.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally including desktop application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one of C++ or Rust - with a passion for clean, high-performance code.
• Solid grounding in systems programming concepts and memory management.
• Experience designing and implementing multithreaded, performance-sensitive applications.
• Familiarity with at least one UI framework, such as Qt, PySide6, WPF, or React.
• Experience developing for either Windows (MSVC) or Linux (GCC) platforms.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software architecture best practices.
• Experience with at least one automated testing framework and a passion for code quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps workflows, including Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), and build systems.
• A basic understanding of machine learning workflows and how models are deployed in real-world applications.
• Curiosity about or exposure to RFIC design, EDA tools, or highly specialized engineering domains.
• A natural inclination for problem-solving, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-first mindset - especially in an Agile development environment.

California Pay range: MIN $118,660.00 - MAX $191,030.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
