City/State Norfolk, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: Sentara Health is looking for a strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & ReportingThis is a Full time remote position This role will leverage knowledge of informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain pharmacy reporting, support PBM oversight (including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing), and lead a team of analytical resources. This position will balance independently conducting complex analyses with mentoring and coaching less experienced team members. Close collaboration with other management in the pharmacy department, our pharmacy benefit manager, as well as coordination with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance areas will also be required. We're seeking a leader who embodies a servant leadership style-someone who leads by example, empowers others, and fosters a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring and coaching their team to help them grow both personally and professionally. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $106,080- $176,820. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities."
