Shipping / Receiving Administrator

In this role, you will work closely with the fabrication techs to help ship out devices and track inventory. Typical duties will involve shipping/ receiving, inventory management, and assist with other maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting conducting shipping and receiving processes.

Perform ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.
• Contact vendors to order orthotic fabrication materials and maintain inventory of items used during fabrication process.
• May fit and deliver prefabricated and off-the-shelf orthoses such as cervical orthoses, pressure gradient hose, and trusses.
• Provide education to patients on the application, use, care, and expected outcome for DME products as indicated by the physician instructions and manufacturer recommendations

Required Credentials:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
