We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager Pay: $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Develop and execute recruitment strategies for corporate, professional, and skilled workforce with an emphasis on culture, position fit, and creativity. Accountable for ensuring revenue targets and capacity needs are met by proactively recruiting talent to meet the needs of all business verticals. Manage, supervise, and coach recruitment team on recruiting techniques and protocol to support the company's rapid growth. Proactively work with business leaders to identify talent gaps; build and lead the execution of a plan to address these needs. Specific responsibilities include: sourcing candidates, driving recruitment activities, filling the pipeline with qualified candidates, establishing partnership network, selling the Lifespark culture and model to prospective candidates, and courting bench candidates. Drive initiatives for a creative candidate generation to ensure a diverse pipeline is available to meet the needs of the business. Report on KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure optimum time to feel and quality hire metrics. Position Functions and Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the development and execution of business line specific workforce staffing plans that are aligned to the strategic objective of Lifespark and the needs of the business line with consideration of census growth
- Must have a deep understanding of the requirements and key attributes of each professional position (i.e Nurse) to attract the most qualified candidate to be consistent with each vertical line's needs.
- Develop, track, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in order to continuously improve the quality, time and cost to hire for the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Develop and maintain the architecture for talent acquisition activities including non-traditional recruitment efforts
- Manage all advertising activities including online postings, career websites, trade association notification, and more while maintaing an approved budget
- Manage relationships with existing referral sources, develop new referral sources in partnership with growth team and increase community awareness of Lifespark Career opportunities
- Facilitate continuous improvement of processes related to profiling, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, shadow/second interview, and offer letters.
- Continuously aiding in the acquisition of quality candidates. These duties include: sourcing candidates, driving recruitment activities, filling the pipeline with qualified candidates, and courting bench candidates.
- Facilitate selling the "Spark" to all applicants and ensuring all new hires have the Lifespark culture fit
- Advocate for candidates with interviewers seeking objective reasons for proceeding with or denying a candidate.
- Facilitate process with existing employees to provide strong word of mouth referrals immediately after hire and ongoing.
- Lead a team of recruiters to successful fill open positions with quality candidates in a timely matter and according to KPIs.
- Monitor team's effectiveness in time to fill and recruiting of quality candidates
- Continuously aids in the development and growth of a talent acquisition recruiter by continuous conversations to aid in the career path of the recruiter.
- Tracks Talent Acquisition team results and ensures activity is productive in either a hire or a bench candidate action
- Tracks the return on investment & time spent including but not limited to, number of reach outs, applicants, phone screens, interviews, acceptance, accept and denial reasons, for all talent acquisition team members.
- Tracks the terminations of newly hired employees in first year, continue to communicate these to the Talent Acquisition team to determine any talent adjustments.
- Participate in after hour employee engagement events and candidate outreach
- Plan Talent Acquisition team outings and team building quarterly
- Plan weekly touch base with team members to ensure communication is open and honest
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Etc. preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a recruiter in an agency or corporate setting
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing people and teams
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting clinical candidates in a healthcare vertical. Home Health, Hospice, Private Pay or Assisted Living staffing experience preferred.
- Proven experience building strong relationships with candidates and client/company stakeholders.
- Must be proficient with technology and technological applications: Windows Laptop, Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Calendaring, Wi-Fi, HRIS, Internet Browsing, Printing
- Must possess:
