Job Summary Promotes innovation and development of laboratory technology in the Mass Spectrometry section. Assists all Monument Health laboratories in validation and new technology. Assists with process improvement and standardization. Implements, maintains and monitors adherence to safety and infection control practices. Provides cost effective and high quality service. Additional Requirements Required: Education - Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biologic Sciences or Clinical Laboratory Science Certification - Possess a national laboratory certification or laboratory specialty certification through an approved Health and Human Services (HHS) agency, for example American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP); or be registry eligible.
Experience - 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience Preferred:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
