Job Overview
The Inside Product Support Sales Representative (IPSSR) is responsible for revenue growth and customer satisfaction of our Product Support Department. As a IPSSR you will work closely with the entire Product Support Department to create quotes and estimates for service work and maintenance agreements. The IPSSR will communicate daily with customers along with the Product Support Department. This position ensures that all related activities are conducted with the highest standard to optimize our customer's satisfaction. Scope The IPSSR Department is responsible for $10 to $15 million in quotation annually. The scope for the IPSSR position is to insure a minimum 15% growth annually. The expectation for the position is a competitive quote win rate of greater than 70%. The Komatsu region has over 100,000 products that the position will monitor daily. Working in this fast-paced environment requires quotes to be turned around in less than 24 hours. Key Job Responsibilities

Additional Information Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays a total compensation range between $65,000 and $85,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
