You will love the culture you will love the people you will love your job! Perform all manufacturing processes to complete finished products as assigned to the work cell. Responsibilities include assembly, welding, testing and packaging procedures in accordance with work instructions, drawings, and specifications. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Minimum Requirements): Perform a variety of mechanical assembly operations to assemble all products manufactured in assigned work cells, i.e. standard products. Products are standardized and/or methods prescribed. Uses a wide variety of assembly and test fixtures, hand and power tools; recognizes defective parts; does unit testing as directed. As required by product, performs TIG welding operations on high volume repetitive, code and/or noncode welding of stainless steel. Fixtures control most alignments/fitups. Ability to qualify for code certification in TIG welding 2G position as applicable. Uses scales, tape measure, templates and gauges; must read weld symbols. Set-up, adjust and operate machinery and equipment as required by the work cell including, but not limited to, circumferential welder, robotic weld system, polishing machine, hydro testing rigs and engraver. Select work holding devices, tooling, and operation sequence within limits of well-established experience on standardized products. Maintain accurate inventories of all parts used in each phase of production, including finished goods. Check own work, which is subject to inprocess and final inspection, audit and test. Package finished product in preparation for shipping. Observe company safety rules. During production hours, use personal protective equipment as needed. Involves heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
