What Will You Do:

  • Resolves variances in inventory, conducts investigations and reports corrections of inventory to the Logistics Manager or designee.

  • Daily Review of all Process Orders for completeness and accuracy.

  • Generate Cycle Count Sheets, Freeze Inventory, and Create Inventory Documents in SAP.

  • Provides inventory SAP support for Materials Movement, Operations, and Administrative staff.

  • Employee training of SAP process changes in production, QC, and materials movement activities.

  • Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.

  • Clear SAP System Database error logs by conducting investigations and makes appropriate corrections.

  • Process and schedule New Orders/Shortages

  • Order drums/totes

  • Process and schedule repacks

  • Other various tasks connected incoming materials and production scheduling

Position Details:

  • Plant located in: Odessa, TX.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant.

  • Strong computer skills are required.

  • Working knowledge with MS Excel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal work direction.

  • 1-2 years experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant.

  • 1-2 years experience in SAP Data entry.

  • Proficient with SAP transactions and data entry.

  • Proficient with inventory variance investigations.
