Job Summary

The Athletics Department is currently seeking a Temporary Assistant Athletic Director Sports Admin to join their team of professionals.

Duties include:

  • Assists Head Coach in monitoring the budget.
  • Assists in preparing recruiting trips, official and unofficial visits, and campus tours in compliance with NCAA By Law 13, to include: travel authorization requests, flight arrangements, ground transportation and hotel reservations.
  • Works with the Head Coach and assistant coaches with the team travel (including travel authorization requests, buses/vans, hotels and food); game day operations for the team at home (away as needed) competitions.
  • Schedules, oversees, and facilitate department meetings as assigned or on behalf of the Executive Administrative office.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events and communicate information from the Senior Associate Athletic Director's office and Executive Administration Office.
  • Serves as a point of contact on any matter directed to the Senior Associate Athletic Director's office by department staff, student-athletes, University and community constituencies.
  • Adheres to all State of Florida, University, NCAA, Conference USA and department rules and policies pertaining to the position of Assistant Sports Information Director. Reports any known NCAA violations or concerns to the Director of Athletic Compliance and be responsible for the monitoring of any subordinate as it relates to NCAA regulations.
