About This Position
Coordinate and support activities related to the development and maintenance of new and existing Officer Dining Room, Trinity TakeOut, Micro Market and other applicable retail sales unit level platforms. Provide expertise to help ensure achievement of excellence related to operational, technical, financial and customer support aspects of all related deployments, including market placement/pricing, packaging and quality assurance applicable to each business component. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice/support for culinary related aspects of applicable projects, utilizing expertise in menu development/management, equipment utilization, product ordering, production and service rationalization.
- Provide advice and support for multiple existing and new retail installations in the areas of product offerings, packaging, and all forms of customer ordering, financial, and delivery platforms.
- Lead as liaison in all related startup retail installations, coordinating efforts of TKC, IT, Keefe, Finance, Accounting and Operations team members.
- Gain expertise in related equipment, building materials, interior design, technology and point of sale components for common installations as well as uncommon/unique installations.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to lead in the discovery and development of related retail concepts which address new and existing client contractual mandates and creative concepts, addressing their ideas for how they envision the footprint for a successful business component.
- Gain expertise, familiarity and knowledge for applicable food service industry vendors, products, general industry idiosyncrasies, common terms and various client/customer paradigms.
- Provide excellence in communication for project related information, directed to all levels of operations team management to include RVP's, DM's, GM's, unit management, region support teams, and all related corporate departments involved in applicable projects.
- As required for any individual project, collaborate with and direct solutions as discussed with applicable TKC, TSG and Keefe personnel and departments.

What You'll Need
- At least three (5) years of experience in the food service industry with experience in menu development and related food service products.
- Experience in food service administration is required.
- Above average acumen for the development and management of a diverse range of culinary operations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an above average understanding for food service production and administrative software, detailed development of recipes and a high-level understanding of commonly used products.
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing retail sales knowledge and acumen, with concentrations in marketing, product placement, product pricing and customer visuals.
- Ability to clearly understand and master the various retail customer product ordering systems, including the technology used for customers to place orders within, as well as the banking function of related transactions.
- Experience with kitchen/serving spaces interior design and the rationalization for accomplishing the best use of space which has been identified as available for our retail/officer dining operations.
- Communicate professionally and effectively through both oral and written forms.
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office 365 products at an enhanced level.
- Demonstrate a high level of organization.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and requests from the field.
- Ability to perform effectively in a variety of conditions primarily working indoors.
- Willingness to work within a correctional setting at least 5% of the time.
- Skill in being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
