Starkey is hiring a Sr. Oracle Business Analyst to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle applications for order management, manufacturing, and materials management. This role will bridge IT and business teams, translating needs into system solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration. Expertise in MRP analysis, inventory control, and manufacturing is essential, along with strong problem-solving, leadership, and technical skills to succeed in this dynamic position.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for leading the suggestion, implementation and support of the Oracle business applications used to support order management, manufacturing, materials management, and related business functions. This position acts as a system and process consultant between internal business customers and IT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS:



  • Lead the configuration/setup, testing, training, implementation, and support of Oracle application modules.

    • Perform, document and manage application configuration setups, integration testing, end user training, and issue/defect tracking to closure.


  • Lead the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into system and process requirement specifications.

    • Facilitate and document interviews, requirements workshops, site visits, use cases, scenarios, workflow analysis, modeling, and simulations in the analysis of current and future processes.


  • Collaborate with functional areas of the business and IT to identify, evaluate and implement new applications, business processes and technologies to drive business performance improvements.

    • Identify opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize initiatives and enhancements to new and existing applications and business processes.


  • Provide hands-on technical and functional end user support.

    • Anticipate system issues, determine root cause of problems, develop solutions, and lead the effort to correct issues.


  • Manage and drive project activities and serve as lead for simple to complex project tasks and/or work threads

    • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, enhancements or upgrades.


  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

Education





    • Four-year degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience


  • Experience

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst gathering and tracking requirements
    • 3-5 years of training skills desired
    • 3-5 years of hands on experience with three or more of the following Oracle application modules: Order Management, Configurator, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Deport Repair, Install Base, Service Contracts, Inventory, Engineering, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, MRP, Quality, or CRM.




Knowledge / Technical Requirement



  • Understanding of the order flow through a custom manufacturing environment.
  • High degree of computer literacy required.
  • General knowledge of PL/SQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must.
  • Prior experience with Ad Hoc query tools desired, Oracle Discover preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases a must.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay rate for this position is between $103,000 - 140,700 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
