Starkey is hiring a Sr. Oracle Business Analyst to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle applications for order management, manufacturing, and materials management. This role will bridge IT and business teams, translating needs into system solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration. Expertise in MRP analysis, inventory control, and manufacturing is essential, along with strong problem-solving, leadership, and technical skills to succeed in this dynamic position. Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $103,000 - 140,700 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
