Responsibilities

Are you ready to take charge of our facilities and sprinkle a little magic into the everyday? As our Facilities Supervisor Extraordinaire, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring our off-site properties shine and our Housekeeping Department runs like a well-oiled machine. If you love organizing, leading a team, and keeping things in tip-top shape, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Hero: Lead, inspire, and develop our Housekeeping Department, working with both our fantastic team and outside services to keep everything spotless and sparkling!

Mail Maestro: Manage the shipping and receiving of supplies and mail like a pro, ensuring every package and letter finds its way home.

Swag Wizard: Keep our swag inventory in check and distribute goodies to spread joy around the campus!

Property Protector: Maintain our off-site properties, ensuring they're always in fabulous condition and ready for action.

Vehicle Virtuoso: Oversee our company vehicles, making sure they're clean, safe, and ready to hit the road.

Purchasing Pro: Handle off-site purchasing and fulfill campus supply orders, making sure we have everything we need to keep the magic alive!

Record Reconciler: Keep our purchasing records accurate and up-to-date-no detail is too small for our Facilities Supervisor!

Repair Rockstar: Coordinate off-site repairs and manage uniform inventory requests, ensuring everyone looks sharp and feels great.

Scheduling Superstar: Schedule and assist with on-site repairs, tackling small maintenance tasks with flair.

Vendor Vibes: Work with our amazing vendors and contractors to order and manage supplies, ensuring we're always stocked up and ready to go.

Compliance Champion: Maintain MSDS records and ensure we're compliant with JCO and DCF regulations-safety first, fun always!

Expansion Enthusiast: Prepare our campus for exciting expansions, including furniture placement and relocation-let's make it look fabulous!

Maintenance Magician: Organize the maintenance building so it's easy to find everything we need, making our work life a breeze.

Event Extraordinaire: Assist with campus preparations for events and inspections, ensuring everything is picture-perfect and ready to impress!


Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
