Overview
The Center for Anticipatory Intelligence (CAI) Program Coordinator III will collaborate with the Center's Director and Associate Director in the administrative, operational, and communication tasks associated with managing the Center's academic programming, outreach, and development activities. The Program Coordinator is expected to possess a commitment to student welfare as well as an interest in and willingness to learn intelligence and security-related curricula.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in discussions regarding refinements to and advancements in curriculum and extracurricular programming.
  • Assist within CAI courses, as needed.
  • Coordinate course scheduling to ensure students can reasonably meet degree requirements.
  • Work with students on professional development, including organizing workforce-related workshops and other opportunities.
  • Direct and oversee advertising, outreach, and communication to academic, government, and industry partners regarding CAI initiatives.
  • Design graphics and visual advertising for CAI programming, events, and reports.
  • Track student and event data for required reporting.
  • Manage, maintain, and create content for CAI website, social media accounts, and all recruitment efforts.
  • Effectively communicate campus events, new opportunities, and guest speakers to CAI students, prospective students, and program partners.
  • Work with industry partners to increase opportunities for internships, co-ops, and workbased learning.
  • Takes lead in external engagements, as assigned.
  • Represent CAI at campus events.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise CAI Student Coordinator.
  • Advise CAI-related student clubs.
  • Oversee CAI event management (invitations, tracking, RSVP, ticketing, etc.).
  • Assist in external development efforts including identifying promising federal and state grants and seeking support from private industry and individuals.
  • Lead efforts to develop alumni network.
  • Design and implement recruitment eorts for all Anticipatory Intelligence degree programs and act as a key point of contact for the Center.
  • Assist in managing applications for the Anticipatory Intelligence minor, graduate certificate, and Masters of Anticipatory Intelligence (MAI) programs.
  • Ensure that applications for scholarships and student funding are offered, reviewed, and disbursed in a timely fashion and in accordance with university guidelines. Track student eligibility across the life of the scholarship.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Help organize, and sometimes attend, periodic weekend and evening extra curricular functions.


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of relevant work experience; or a master's degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education plus experience is requested.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Background in or skills associated with graphic design.
  • Program management skills.
  • Familiarity with US intelligence community and national security issues.
  • Skills required to manage mulitple social media platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Capable of taking lead in professional engagement with external partners.
  • Data collection and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate relationship-building across campus.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the US intelligence community and national security issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Skills required to manage multiple social media platforms.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple lines of eort simultaneously.
  • Eective team member and collaborator.
  • Graphic design skills.
