We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Supervisor to join our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Strategy group. This role is crucial in supporting our continuous nursery operations for Corn, Soybean, and Sunflower crops. As the IPM Research Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise integrated pest management strategies, pesticide selection, application oversight, record keeping, and reporting. You will ensure compliance with company, local, and federal regulations while maintaining crop viability and health. Duties:
