Salesforce UX is hiring a Principal Product Designer to join the Mobile team. Salesforce Mobile is the platform for mobile-first and AI-powered B2C, B2B, and B2E experiences. Our teams seamlessly integrate AI into everyday mobile experiences focused on the end-user. We empower customers and partners to build and deploy consumer-grade, intelligent mobile solutions quickly and easily. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to shape the user experience in ways that solve meaningful problems and look broadly across our product portfolio. You'll lead the charge in crafting and articulating the product vision in collaboration with your fellow designers and partners and in line with clear goals and rationales - leveraging expert visualization skills, thought leadership, and empathy. You'll work with our latest design system while helping to define and scale our mobile design system, and build and test components and patterns iteratively and with the speed of innovation. From concept to final mockup, you'll shape the user experience through storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and more - translating ideas into clear, compelling designs. Our teams craft Salesforce's enterprise and consumer products, create new design patterns and guidelines, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to bring human-centered experiences to life. You'll collaborate closely with product and technology partners as a key stakeholder in our release roadmap. You'll immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience of your work, creating a variety of design artifacts to communicate ideas and direction. Ultimately, you'll make products people love to use-tools that make a salesperson's day more productive, a marketer's campaign more powerful, and a developer's app more feature-rich.
