Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist Hybrid Remote Company // Leading American automotive company from Detroit, MI! Schedule // Fulltime Day Shift. Will work 40 hours per week. Overview: This is a customer service position that uses social media as a platform. In this position, you will NOT be responsible for creating pictures and advertisements.... Day to Day Duties: Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates and product concerns / inquiries. Create and manage 'cases' for customers needing more complex assistance. Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics. Proactively identify leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services. Effectively and accurately document customer interaction. Other: Department size - 50+ Company size - 90,000+ Current Team: Consists of approx. 40-50 people including Customer Care Reps, Team Advisors, Team Leads, Manager HOURS REQUIREMENTS: Shifts include 7 days a week, 7AM-10PM, you will be expected to work 5 days/40 hours per week Example- Tues-Sat, 7-4PM OR Sunday- Thurs 1PM-9PM, Need to be flexible for early, mid, or late shift You will always have 2 days off for your "weekend" but will need to work at least one Saturday or Sunday, typically. You need to be open any time between 7am and 10PM for your shift (will be an 8 hour shift between that). Shift will be consistent for a 13 week period. They do a new shift bid once a quarter. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
