Job Title: MSR (WCC) - 06/23
Job Description Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction. Responsibilities * Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center. * Provide information regarding products and services with a focus on knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability. * Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members of additional products and services that may meet their needs. * Ensure optimal member experience and customer service through effective engagement methods. Work Environment These are remote opportunities, but candidates must live within 60 miles of Winchester and Tidewater to be considered. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for members around the world at any time. We believe in work-life balance and offer shifts that allow reasonable flexibility. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals must be taken as scheduled. Most shifts are flexible within a one-hour window, requiring a 9.5-hour availability during the day to account for this variation. You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for most of your shift, with the possibility of handling calls for up to four hours before your next break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
