ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's Watertown, MA office is seeking a temporary Data Records Clerk. VHB's passionate professionals include engineers, scientists, planners, and designers who partner with public and private clients in the transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy industries, as well as federal, state, and local governments. Together, we work to improve mobility, enhance communities and economic vitality, and balance development and infrastructure needs with environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Saving/storing files for legal purposes

Requirements:
* 0-2 years of experience in office administration
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills; self-motivated and the ability to think proactively is essential
* Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel required. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook a plus.
