This position supports field operations by establishing, implementing, communicating, and training organizational regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities include maintaining records in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policy, ensuring proper communication of changes and updates in regulations and requirements directed by FMCSA, DOT, and related regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate should demonstrate sound judgment and adherence to compliance regulations, possess strong skills in administrative policy and procedure development, as well as strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality is important. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise good judgment in dealing with sensitive information is required. The individual must possess a high level of reasoning ability and common sense to resolve complex problems and analyze data and information accurately. Responsibilities of Position:
