AYCO Financial Counseling (AYCO)

Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Counseling (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce-leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco believes companies best serve their stakeholders and the greater economy when their employees' financial lives are clear, understood and in their control. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain spreadsheets, records and reports to help maintain, organize and track data and information as necessary
Perform database maintenance and analysis
Manage the scheduling process for our clients and financial coaches
Develop functional documentation on current and proposed processes, including workflows and procedures
Perform time-sensitive tasks related to the daily operations of the business
Provide technical support to a team of advisors across 3 offices by triaging issues and escalating as necessary
Collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders across the firm
Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks and operations support to management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (ex. Outlook, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly
Ability to work with stakeholders and across business lines
Has a comprehensive knowledge of technology systems with the ability to triage basic problems and escalate advanced concerns
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment with colleagues
