The Role
Develop and execute a membership program for tennis players, providers, and facility operators. This person will be responsible for reinventing a membership framework that drives membership numbers and revenue by driving engagement in key products, services, and promotions. This role is critical in contributing to player participation and retention, coach quantity, diversity, and facility court retention and utilization. This role is located in Orlando FL
Oversee and execute all traditional membership operations, including communication strategies, churn management, renewals, payment processing, financial forecasting, and settlement
- Manage and continuously evolve the three distinct membership pillars: Player/Fan, Coach/Provider, and Facility; ensuring each pillar serves its unique audience effectively
- Create strategic partnerships that add value to the membership pillars and take responsibility for pricing and packaging various membership tiers to maximize benefits
- Drive membership growth by actively recruiting new members and connecting them to ongoing program offerings, services, and promotions
- Lead affinity marketing efforts with new partners to enhance the overall value of Membership
- Ensure efficient data capture and maintain graduated levels of data through partnerships to support data-driven decision-making and personalized membership experiences
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement a membership loyalty program to enhance member retention, engagement, and satisfaction
- Develop and implement customized member engagement strategies, proactively addressing unique needs and preferences
- Apply strong financial acumen to optimize pricing strategies, revenue streams, and overall financial performance
- Devise and implement initiatives to drive the adoption of products and services among members. Create feedback loops to ensure that products and services are continually improved based on member feedback.
- Develop revenue-generating initiatives for members and Implement dynamic pricing strategies that encourage members to invest in additional offerings
- Create synergy and implement strategies to integrate membership from local grassroots tennis, to section offerings, and through the US Open; making it an integral part of the tennis experience
Who You Are
- A minimum of 10 years of Membership/Customer Loyalty/Marketing experience
- Experience in development and delivery of customer loyalty program(s)
- Leader in the membership space that can anticipate customer needs and deliver value in a proactive manner
- Experience with needs-based product/service development leading to building and implementing customer solutions
- Strong financial acumen and experience in devising and managing pricing strategies
- Experience in affinity marketing and sourcing, securing, and managing external partnerships
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Team management, strong partnership skills, and experience working with various functional teams/stakeholders in a matrix environment

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $120,000-140,000, plus a potential ICP bonus. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
