Senior Analyst - Contracting Center of Excellence

Summary:

In this role, you will be apart of the Contracting Center of Excellence, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights that improve supplier strategies and operations. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver data-driven results across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and identify opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and models using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning and measure business impact.
• Collaborate across departments to align analytics with strategic goals.
• Present findings to leadership and participate in key stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain consistent documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in analytics, sourcing, or supply chain preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ChatGPT.
• Skilled in Python for automation and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Vizient's solutions is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset.
